  • If the product you receive does not match your order, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

b. Change of Mind

  • If you change your mind about a purchase, you may exchange the product within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Eligibility

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, accompanied by the original invoice or order memo.

b. In-Person Exchange

  • For change-of-mind returns, exchanges must be made in person at our designated location.

c. Delivery Fees

  • Customers are responsible for delivery or courier fees associated with returning a product, unless the return is due to our error.

  • We do not accept exchanges for items that have been used, washed, or damaged after purchase.

b. Beyond 7 Days

  • Change-of-mind exchanges will not be accepted after 7 days from the delivery date.
